In the subject of your email, please write: "2021 Virtual Open Call - Request for Instructions". Allow up to two weeks for a reply; we will reply as quickly as possible but may be delayed by ongoing projects.

VIRTUAL OPEN CALL - VARIOUS PROJECTS (Addendum) - Actors Access – 05/21/20
First, I want to thank everyone for participating in this Open Call. If you have successfully uploaded your audition materials through EcoCast and received a confirmation from Actors Access, you are all set. We have your audition. It will take us a while to go through all of them, but we will. We've also received auditions through other means. Thank you.
It has come to our attention that many people who submitted to the April 3rd breakdown did not receive an EcoCast Invitation. If you submitted prior May 15th, we did send you an EcoCast invitation; please continue reading. If you submitted after May 15th, we will be sending your invitation by June 2nd. If you do not receive it by then, please read the following.
If you received an invitation this week, if means you did not receive the first one sent. We will extend the deadlines again to give you closer to two weeks. Please check the invitation as putting out another notice will only create more confusion.
Contact Actors Access and let them know you did not receive your EcoCast invitation; if they cannot solve the problem and give you access to your original EcoCast invitation, please submit to the 05/21/20 addendum and put "Did not receive first EcoCast invitation," in the notes with your submission. We are not able to submit more than one invitation per EcoCast session. These are technical issues.
If you submit to the May 21st addendum, please wait until June 21st for your EcoCast invitation. We will be spacing them out again. If any of you do not receive your invitation by June 21st, please contact us by July 31st. If you cannot contact us through Actors Access, please contact then again so that they can let us know. We will create a new EcoCast session. Please do not submit more than one audition. We are working hard to see everyone … ONCE. Do not respond to more than one EcoCast invitation if you submitted yourself to more than one role and receive more than one invitation.
I understand that this is a bit complicated and I am sorry for the inconvenience. We cannot solve the problem on our end but we want everyone who wants to participate who wants to. Thank you for your understanding and good work. Continue to stay safe, well, and creative.
